Currently, Dream Cruises is targeting families and MICE travellers from the Indian market. The prices for Genting Dream will be announced by the end of the month, and agents in India can start selling the product thereafter. ¡°At the moment, more or less we will follow the commission structure offered by Star Cruises. We want to attract the best sellers and want the agents to understand the product so that they can offer us good returns,¡± Brown shared.
Besides working with Preferred Sales Agents (PSAs) of sister brand, Star Cruises, Dream Cruises will explore opportunities to appoint new agents who deal in the premium segment. ¡°We will evaluate the existing PSAs and leverage on the trusted relationship by opening a dialogue for mutual benefit. This is about penetrating into the new segment with the existing partners. Our sales team will identify the prospective premium upscale agents and work with them.¡±
